Regional Forum: Cradle to Career
Registration is closed for this event
Join us for IPA’s first 2025 Regional Forum, where we’ll explore how philanthropy is transforming economic mobility through the George and Frances Ball Foundation’s Cradle to Career initiative. This bold, community-driven effort is reshaping Muncie’s future by creating a culture of education and breaking the cycle of generational poverty.
Rooted in research and guided by strategic partnerships, Cradle to Career brings together schools, nonprofits, businesses, and community leaders to address the systemic challenges that hinder economic progress. Through Collaborative Action Networks (CANs) focused on education, health, family stability, and workforce development, the initiative strengthens support systems for both young people and the trusted adults who guide them.
What You’ll Gain
- Engage with Cradle to Career leaders who are driving measurable change.
- Learn how strategic partnerships are closing educational attainment gaps and connecting families to better opportunities.
- Discover ideas for replicating efforts to ensure every individual has the tools to thrive.

About IPA Regional Forums
Every other year, in our off-conference cycle, IPA hosts Regional Forums—high-impact gatherings where we spotlight successful philanthropic initiatives from our members. These not-to-miss events bring together philanthropy and community partners to explore solutions to universal challenges and uncover strategies for scaling impact across Indiana. In 2025, our Regional Forums will focus on economic mobility—examining how philanthropy can create pathways to prosperity for Hoosier families.
