National College Attainment Network Annual Conference
REBUILDING for Postsecondary EQUITY
The NCAN conference is the premier professional development event in the field of postsecondary attainment for students of color, students from low-income backgrounds, and first-generation-to-college students. Join us virtually Tuesday, Oct. 5 – Thursday, Oct. 7 as we rise to the challenge to rebuild for postsecondary equity. Information on specific workshop sessions will be available soon. Check back for details.
Why Virtual?
While we would very much like to be gathering in the beautiful Rocky Mountain region this fall, we feel that a virtual conference prioritizes the safety and well-being of our network and communities. We also recognize the financial burden that traveling for an in-person conference poses to many who are still grappling with pandemic-related budgetary constraints. A virtual conference will allow us to keep expenses low and deliver high-quality content at an affordable rate. NCAN's 2020 virtual conference was a successful experience that attracted 1,299 registrants (a record for an NCAN national conference).
