This session is designed to explore how we operationalize equity internally and externally with grantee communities through our everyday tools and touchpoints. Too often, the implementation of our equity framework is lost in translation between our strategy teams and our operations teams including IT. Join this session to find out how partnership between organizational silos such as program teams and technology teams becomes the key to a lasting and structural commitment to equity.

This webinar will offer you the chance to interact with two grantmaking organizations as they continue to invest in change management through internal practices, policies and programs. Anyone from the grantmaking community is welcome to join, but we strongly encourage attendance from those seeking to work across silos to implement values within their organization.
