Does your community face challenges in bridging across lines of diversity? Do you want to develop practical knowledge, skills, and tools to approach inclusion more effectively? In your work, how important is it that different constituencies you work with see you as culturally competent?

Purdue Extension’s Navigating Difference: Cultural Competency Training is an intensive workshop to deepen cultural awareness, understanding knowledge, interaction, and sensitivity. The research-based workshop, developed by Washington State University Extension, has helped educators, social service providers, public safety and law enforcement, and health professionals improve their effectiveness with clientele. Consider participating, and please help to spread the word in your communities!

Purdue Extension is pleased to offer Navigating Difference: Cultural Competency Training on October 22-24, 2024, in Logansport, Indiana. This evidence-based workshop helps participants to improve their ability to work across cultural differences more effectively.

The cost of this retreat experience includes lunch each day and all materials and instruction for $450. The registration fee does not include lodging.

Space is limited, so please register early.  To register for the workshop, please visit https://cvent.me/47BeA4.
