Foellinger Foundation Presents 'The Journey,' a Leadership Lab Documentary

On Thursday, November 19, at 5:30pm, Foellinger Foundation will premiere The Journey, an original documentary that follows four Leadership Lab participants through their year-long experience in the program.

The Leadership Lab is a rigorous program that helps nonprofit leaders develop adaptive leadership skills. Each year’s cohort is intentionally small, allowing leaders to be vulnerable and unguarded with each other. The Journey chronicles this process and provides a look at the transformative nature of the Lab, from four unique perspectives.

Leaders from Fort Wayne Museum of Art, Habitat for Humanity of Greater Fort Wayne, the Jackson R. Lehman Family YMCA, and Positive Resource Connection are featured in the film.
