IPA Welcomes Clare Sheehan as Communications Manager
Indiana Philanthropy Alliance is pleased to welcome Clare Sheehan as our new communications manager. Her primary responsibilities include supporting communications and marketing strategies, amplifying member news, managing social media channels, and overseeing website management for IPA.
"Clare's expertise will be instrumental in amplifying our members' stories and driving forward the mission of enhancing philanthropic impact in Indiana," shared IPA President and CEO Claudia Cummings. "We are excited to see her contributions inspire and elevate our community."
Clare Sheehan's career has been marked by a diverse skill set encompassing content strategy, social media marketing, graphic design, and grant writing. Prior to joining IPA, Clare served various marketing agencies, including DemandJump and Valve+Meter Performance Marketing, as a content marketing specialist, lead writer, and branding manager.
In past roles, she developed tailored written and visual content as well as organic marketing strategies for a diverse set of clientele. She has served nonprofit organizations such as: Women4Change, The Starfish Initiative, and Women & High Tech.
Clare earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Herron School of Art and Design, where she worked as a dedicated student mentor and academic coordinator. Outside of the office, she offers grant writing support to nonprofits in Nashville, TN.
Clare looks forward to leveraging her expertise to further our mission of fostering collaboration, driving innovation, and maximizing the impact of philanthropy in Indiana.
