IPA CEO Manlove Awarded Sagamore of the Wabash from Governor Holcomb
Days before stepping down as the CEO of Indiana Philanthropy Alliance (IPA) and into her retirement at the end of December, Marissa Manlove was honored with a Sagamore of the Wabash by Governor Eric Holcomb. Governor Holcomb recognized Manlove's many impactful contributions to Indiana.
The Sagamore of the Wabash is an award of high distinction recognizing those who have rendered distinguished service to the Hoosier state.
Manlove has helped foundations become an engaged, intentional philanthropic community committed to transforming Indiana. Her advocacy work includes leading efforts to secure passage of several bills that allow our Hoosier philanthropic community to continue its work as effectively and efficiently as possible. Marissa has also been an important advocate and mentor for individuals and families dealing with disabilities and addictions.
Manlove was accompanied by Clay Robbins, chairman of Lilly Endowment Inc., IPA board chair Tina Gridiron, IPA vice president Rosemary Dorsa, and IPA directors Sarah Geis and Marilee Steckler.
