Hamilton County Community Foundation Announces New Strategic Plan
The Hamilton County Community Foundation (HCCF) has launched its new strategic plan and brand image effective January 1, 2025. This roadmap reflects our deep commitment to addressing Hamilton County’s most critical challenges and empowering all residents to thrive.
Through a comprehensive needs assessment conducted in early 2024, which included community conversations and analysis of over 2,000 data points, we have identified five key areas of improvement for Hamilton County:
- Affordable Housing
- Education and Training
- Social Services
- Childcare Solutions
- Transportation
Our new strategic plan focuses on impactful grantmaking and collaborative leadership, ensuring that our resources are directed where they can create the most meaningful change. By broadening engagement, fostering partnerships, and streamlining processes, we aim to drive lasting impact for Hamilton County residents.
Key goals of our strategic plan include:
- Leading & Convening: Position ourselves as a leader in addressing the needs of Hamilton County through strategic leadership and convening efforts.
- Grantmaking: Focus our grantmaking on areas of highest priority to maximize impact.
- Nonprofit Ecosystem Development & Health: Increase donor impact in our community and provide an exceptional donor experience.
- Donor Relationships: Strengthen the Hamilton County nonprofit community by fostering a healthy ecosystem.
We’re also excited to unveil a refreshed logo that reflects this new chapter in our journey—symbolizing the ripple effect we can create through collaboration, generosity, and passion for building a stronger Hamilton County.
