Community Foundation of Boone County Announces 2025 Programming Grant Recipients

The Community Foundation of Boone County awarded $124,278 in 2025 Programming Grants to 18 nonprofits supporting local youth, health, food, arts, and community services.

The Community Foundation of Boone County (CFBC) is proud to announce the
recipients of its 2025 Programming Grants. In this grant cycle CFBC awarded a total of
$124,278 to 18 local nonprofit organizations, providing critical funding to strengthen and
expand programs that directly benefit Boone County residents.
Grant awards range from $2,500 to $10,000 and support a wide variety of initiatives, from youth
enrichment and health-related support programs to senior services, food security efforts, the
arts, and more.

“These grants are a celebration of the work our local nonprofits do every day,” said Michele
Thomas, CFBC Program Associate. “Each recipient is tackling important needs in our
community, and it is an honor to come alongside them with funding that helps their vision
become reality.”

  • Boone County Senior Services, Inc. - Caregiver Navigator Program
  • Boys & Girls Club of Boone County - Summer Camp for Boone County Teens
  • Children’s Bureau - Community Partners for Child Safety
  • Five Loaves and Two Fishes Food Pantry - Food Pantry for Boone County
  • Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana - Produce Hope: Fresh Food for Boone County
  • HAND Inc. - Hickory Commons Housing Stability Program
  • Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra - Teddy Bear Concert Series
  • Indy Hygiene Hub - Hygiene Products for Boone County
  • IWIN Foundation - Survivor Support Program
  • Little Red Door Cancer Agency - Transportation and Nutrition for Cancer Patients
  • Safe Families for Children Central Indiana - Safe Families for Children: Supporting Parents
  • Sugar Creek Art Center - Pre-Teen and Young Adult Art Classes
  • TechPoint Youth - STEM Futures for Boone County: School-Based Robotics
  • The Indiana Center for Prevention of Youth Abuse and Suicide - School-Based Suicide Prevention
  • Watch Us Farm - Market Expansion Initiative
  • We All Value Each Other (WAVE) - Enrichment Outings for Thorntown Youth
  • Welcome Pattern - English Language Classes for Immigrants
  • Witham Family YMCA - Adaptive Swim Lessons
