Join this Community Foundation Internship program (CFI) session with actionable resources, direct support for your CFI grant-related questions, and guidance for recruiting, funding, and managing interns successfully.
Discover GIFT’s new CFI Toolkit, designed to streamline Indiana Community Foundation's internship process with ready-to-use templates, including sample job descriptions, offer letters, orientation checklists, and more. Our team will guide you step-by-step through these resources, sharing practical tips on how and when to use them effectively.
Beyond resource-sharing, experts from Work and Learn Indiana and the Indiana University O'Neill School will equip you with proven strategies to:
- Attract and recruit top student talent.
- Enhance intern management and engagement for a successful experience.
Plus, IPA’s GIFT team will be available to answer questions about the CFI grant application and reporting process.
