Dr. Benjamin Dunford is a Professor of Management at the Mitchell E. Daniels Jr. School of Business, Purdue University. As an educator, researcher and consultant, Professor Dunford is an expert on strategy development and implementation, change management, leadership, negotiation, interpersonal relationships, and team dynamics. On these topics he has published over 50 peer reviewed journal articles, international conference proceedings and book chapters. He teaches extensively in MBA, Executive MBA and corporate programs in the US and abroad and has won multiple top professor awards. His research has been cited in The Economist, as well as numerous major US newspapers. Professor Dunford has consulted with firms from a variety of industries including healthcare, agriculture, financial services, media, hospitality, manufacturing and telecommunications. He earned his PhD from Cornell University in 2004.
