Job Posting Resources
After determining the primary goal for an intern, consider utilizing the following resources as appropriate to post the job opportunity and connect with potential candidates. You might start by contacting the career center for colleges and universities in your area to learn how nearby students learn of internship opportunities. Keep in mind that many top students begin searching for summer internships early, such as the fall semester the year prior. Posting an internship just a few weeks before the desired start date may limit your pool of potential applicants.
The following are statewide resources you can utilize to broaden your hiring pool.
