Women in the Workplace Luncheon

The Women’s Fund of Greater Fort Wayne will host the third annual Women in the Workplace Luncheon at Parkview Mirro Center on Wednesday, March 12th. The event will run from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., with doors opening at 11 a.m. 
During the Luncheon, the Women’s Fund will release the third Allen County Workplace Scorecard, which will feature data regarding women in leadership, compensation, supportive benefits, and hiring practices. Local employers who meet or exceed national metrics in these categories will be recognized and celebrated at the event, including two surprise awards for Moving the Needle (most improved) and the Navigator (highest overall scoring). This year, we welcome Nicole Armstrong, CEO of Ellequate, as our featured speaker.
