Wayne County Foundation Awards $45,000 in Marketing Grants

The Wayne County Foundation is pleased to announce that 9 local organizations have been awarded grants through the 45th Anniversary Marketing Grant Cycle. Each of the nine selected organizations will receive $5,000 in funding to support their marketing initiatives.     
  
“The Foundation is excited to support the marketing initiatives of local organizations.” said Foundation Executive Director Rebecca Gilliam. “There were many great applications and innovative ideas.” 
  
The Marketing Grant Cycle is part of the Foundation’s ongoing celebration of our 45th Anniversary. Grants administered through this special grant cycle are designed to support the marketing, communications, and outreach efforts of local nonprofits.   
 
Below is a list of the organizations that were awarded funding: 

• 4th St Foundation Inc. will implement a marketing strategy to amplify community outreach efforts and reach a broader audience.  
• Black Legacy Project of Wayne County Indiana Inc. will launch an organizational website, create branded materials, and produce videos for social media and local television.  
• Good News Habitat for Humanity will utilize a marketing strategy focused on inspiring volunteerism and fostering connections with donors and the community.   
• Main Street Centerville, Inc. will collaborate with travel writer Stephanie Taleghani to highlight aspects of Centerville to a wider audience.  
• Model T Ford Club of America will design a virtual tour that will be featured on the Model T Museum’s website.    
• Natco Community Empowerment Center will purchase video production equipment to create films about Natco’s financial education services.  
• Quaker Hill Conference Center will initiate a marketing campaign to create awareness about the organization and services provided. 
• Richmond Neighborhood Restoration will celebrate RNR’s 10-year anniversary with the printing and mailing of a commemorative publication.  
• Wayne County Historical Museum will design digital content to enhance its online visibility and connect more people to the community’s history.
