Cancellations & Transfers

Please know that cancellation requests for any event may be fully refunded when the request is made at least one week (7 calendar days) in advance of the start of the event. Registrations may be transferred to a colleague at any point up to the beginning of the event. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund or transfer and will be invoiced if they have not previously paid.
