This is the third module in our new Catalyst program.

Consider how your foundation uses its resources for impact.

Participants will learn how to weigh their options and engage strategically in community leadership activities that fit their culture, capacity, and community. As community foundations increased their community leadership work in the past few years, they built new connections and began to think of new ways to make an impact in their community to supplement traditional grantmaking. The Catalyst Series module will help participants will map their community ecosystem and discuss the power dynamics that affect the most effective and impactful role community foundations can play.

Content presented during the module will dive further into encouraging participants to analyze current grant practices and think about the organizational strategy as a whole. What do you fund that makes the greatest impact? How can you structure your grant processes to be efficient, effective, and fair? We will dive into these questions and more.
