Don Wood Foundation Promotes Julie Brown

The Don Wood Foundation, a private foundation in Fort Wayne that is dedicated to the advancement of manufacturing, entrepreneurship, and related education in the region, has recently promoted Julie Brown to Operations Manager.

Brown joined the Foundation's staff in June of 2021 as the Executive Assistant. In her role as Operations Manager, she is responsible for overseeing all office operations for the Foundation and for supervising the Administrative Assistant.

"Julie has brought almost 30 years of office management experience to our foundation," Executive Director Laura Macknick said. "She has taken on much more responsibility than her position initially called for and has done an exceptional job, so it is appropriate that she be recognized and promoted for her efforts."
