Lessons Learned in 2020: Overcoming Uncertainty
This Town Hall will feature four leaders in field who will share stories of how they navigated the challenges of 2020, lessons they learned, and what changes they think will be here to stay for 2021, and beyond.
With 2020 firmly in the rearview mirror, we invite you to join members of the ProNet community for an open and honest conversation on how we can use the events of 2020 to advance the mission of our community foundations, as well as our communities at large.
The Town Hall will include perspectives in the following areas:
Our most valuable lessons from 2020:
- Managing uncertainty and taking action
- New ideas to thrive in an unpredictable world
- Examples of trial-and-error solutions
What will stick?
- 2020’s impact to the community foundation field
- The ideas and solutions that got us through the year, but we never want to see again!
- How to stay connected with grantees
Virtual site visits:
- Building and sustaining connections between donors and grantees during challenging times
