Foellinger Foundation Board of Directors Elects Officers and Appoints Committee Members

Foellinger Foundation Board of Directors recently elected Michael C. Moellering as Board Chair. Other members of the Executive Committee include John C. Snider, Vice Chair and Secretary; John D. Meyer, Treasurer; and Cheryl K. Taylor, President & CEO. Other directors include Janae T. McCullough-Boyd, Helen J. Murray, Todd C. Rumsey, Matthew J. Smith, and Sarah M. Strimmenos.

The Foundation’s Board also appointed Kellie M. McClung and Benjamin D. Shively to the Investment & Finance Committee; Sandra E. Hofmann to the Audit Committee; and Carolyn R. Hughes to the Board Development Committee.
