Wayne County Foundation Refreshes Website
The Wayne County Foundation is excited to unveil a refresh of its website, waynecountyfoundation.org. Updates include a refreshed home page, the new nonprofit database, a page detailing donor giving, and more.
“This refresh is something that we have been looking forward to for quite some time, and we’re very excited to share the changes with the public,” Foundation Executive Director Rebecca Gilliam said. “It is imperative for our organization to have a website that is up to date, efficient, and user-friendly for our donors and the general public alike.”
The Foundation’s updated website also contains pages designed with nonprofit organizations in mind. Tools like the Nonprofit Resources page can help nonprofit organizations complete their grant applications or find resources for additional grantmaking. The community will also be able to keep track of fundraising events held by nonprofits across Wayne County with the Foundation’s new Nonprofit Fundraising Event Calendar. Wayne County nonprofit organizations will be able to submit information about upcoming fundraising events to the calendar in order to plan around other events in the community.
Another new tool for donors is the Wayne County Nonprofit Database. This page, which can also be found on the Foundation’s website, contains a list of Wayne County nonprofit organizations, along with key information.
Founded in 1979, the Wayne County Foundation exists to foster and encourage private philanthropic giving, to enhance the spirit of community and to improve the quality of life in the Wayne County, Indiana, area now and for future generations.
