Update on Upcoming Events - COVID-19 Response
Dear IPA Members and Supporters:
Over the past few weeks, Indiana Philanthropy Alliance staff has been reviewing our upcoming events in response to COVID-19 (also referred to as coronavirus).
For all of the events that we organize, IPA is committed to providing our participants and speakers with a comfortable, healthy, safe, and accessible space. We care about you, your loved ones, and the communities that you live and work in.
Considering what we know today about COVID-19, we have decided to move our in-person March and April events to future dates. Know that we are committed to working with our partners and speakers to reschedule each event. Programs currently being rescheduled include:
- Results-Based Accountability
- Legal Issues in Fund Management
- Rewriting the Rural Narrative in West Terre Haute and Plymouth
- Management Mastery (in-person gatherings through April)
Registration for 2020 Philanthropy Leads conference on June 2-4 in Indianapolis is proceeding as planned, and we encourage your participation.
We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak and following updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, World Health Organization, and Indiana State Department of Health as we continue our convening planning.
You are an important part of the IPA community, and we hope to see you soon—either virtually later this month or in-person in May and June. If there are any changes to our event plans going forward, we will be sure to keep you updated with the latest information via email and on the IPA website.
If you have any questions about your current event registrations or future events, please reach out to me directly.
Warmly,
Jill Gordon
Director of Learning, Indiana Philanthropy Alliance
