Two team members advance at the Don Wood Foundation
Today, officials from the Don Wood Foundation are pleased to announce changes within the Program Department, starting with a new position for Nadine Baker, and a promotion for Carla Jordan. Baker now serves as the program officer for youth engagement, and Jordan replaced Baker as the grant administrator.
Baker now coordinates DWF investments in programs designed to build a pipeline of innovators in northeast Indiana. She develops and works closely with a network of educators and nonprofit leaders to support programs impacting youth ranging from preschool through high school. Baker is well-positioned for this advancement due to her practice in the role over the past year.
Jordan now administers the foundation’s grant management system, serving as a point of contact for grantees, providing administrative assistance to the Program Team. Her analytical skills and attention to detail are now being fully utilized as she provides some additional support to the Finance Department as well.
