Rop Joins IPA as Director of Finance and Operations
Indiana Philanthropy Alliance is pleased to welcome Keva Rop as its new director of finance and operations.
Keva will support IPA’s mission by directing finance and operations, providing a platform for IPA’s talented staff to serve our mission and our statewide partners.

Keva's contributions will ensure we adhere to the highest standards and operate with optimal efficiency" shared Claudia Cummings, IPA president and CEO. "We are thrilled to benefit from Keva's extensive knowledge and insight. Her support will certainly further our mission of making Indiana a better place through philanthropy."
Prior to joining the IPA team, Keva had an extensive tenure at the Indiana University School of Medicine. She oversaw a major renovation of IU’s medical library, established a medical technology lab, and created a training program for finance staff. She teaches finance and human resources at local and national events and volunteers on community boards, offering governance insight. For nearly a decade, she served on the advisory board of Next Generation 2.0, a leadership program for IU Indianapolis faculty and staff, aiding emerging leaders in transitioning to higher-level roles.
Keva earned a Bachelor’s in Business with a minor in Music from Taylor University, a Master of Business Administration from Taylor University, and a Master of Jurisprudence from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. She also earned a senior certification in human resources through the Society of Human Resources Management as a SHRM-SCP.
