The Kendrick Foundation: Scholarship Applications for the 2025-26 Academic Year are OPEN!
The Kendrick Foundation awards scholarships of up to $17,500 per year for Morgan County residents pursuing one of the following approved degrees (but not limited to):
- Chiropractic Medicine: DC
- Dental Hygiene: AAS, BS
- Dentistry: DMD, DDS
- Dietetics: Nutrition/Dietetics BS, Nutrition/Dietetics MS
- Medicine: MD, DO
- Nursing: ADN, BSN, MSN, NP, APN
- Occupational Therapy: MOT, MS, MA, Doctorate
- Optometry: OD.s
- Pharmacy: PharmD
- Physical Therapy: DPT, PTA
- Physician Assistant: PA
- Psychology/Counseling: MA, MS, PhD, PsyD, MHC, MFT, AC/CAC
- Public Health: MPH
- Radiological Technology: Radiological Science BS
- Respiratory Therapy: AAS, Respiratory Care BS, Health Sciences Respiratory Care MS
- Social Work: MSW, CSW, DSW
- Speech Language Pathology: MS, MA, Doctorate
- Surgical Technology: AAS
To be eligible for the Kendrick Foundation scholarship, students must be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree at an accredited public or private non-profit institution of higher education. Those pursuing professional degrees will be considered first.
There are three separate applications for this scholarship:

Kendrick Scholars are required to complete 20 hours of volunteer service during the academic year and are expected to practice in Morgan County upon graduation.
The deadline to apply for the 2025-26 academic year scholarship is January 6, 2025.
