Harrison County Community Foundation (HCCF) President & CEO, Julie Moorman, was recently recognized as one of Louisville Business First’s 2024 Most Admired CEOs.

The 25 leaders selected this year came from various industries, including professional services, nonprofits, financial services, and others. The Most Admired CEO program honors outstanding chief executives (and those holding equivalent titles) in the Louisville metropolitan area at for-profit companies and nonprofits.

The qualities considered for the outstanding CEO nominations are the candidate being an innovator, standard-bearer, role model, and exceptional leader. Their contributions impact the organization they head as well as the community in which they serve. A commitment to financial success, quality, workplace wellness, diversity, and philanthropy are hallmarks of an exceptional and admired chief executive.

Since joining the Foundation in 2019, Moorman has overseen $33.8 million in grant and scholarship funds awarded by HCCF to students and nonprofits serving Harrison County. She manages the Foundation’s focus areas of providing grants to nonprofits, scholarships to those seeking to further their education, endowment funds for charitable causes, and community leadership.
