Grimm Joins IPA as Engagement Manager

Indiana Philanthropy Alliance is pleased to welcome Molly Grimm as its new engagement manager.

Molly will support IPA’s mission by supporting membership, public policy, and fundraising activities, including the esteemed Mutz Philanthropic Leadership Institute.

"Molly's experience in nurturing relationships and driving meaningful initiatives will be pivotal as we continue to empower our members and advocate for impactful policy changes," shared Maddison Miller, IPA vice president of external relations. "We are thrilled to have such a passionate and skilled individual on board to further our mission of making Indiana a better place through philanthropy."

Prior to joining the IPA team, Molly served as the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy’s external relations, annual fund, and alumni relations officer, where she served the school in the planning and execution of events, fundraising, and overseeing the School’s alumni board. Before the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, Molly worked at the IU McKinney School of Law as a development assistant.

Molly earned her Master of Arts Degree and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philanthropic Studies from the IU Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, the first school of Philanthropy in the world. Molly is passionate about improving the practices of philanthropy to make the world a better place. Outside of work, Molly enjoys spending time outdoors and taking care of her dog Chesney.
