Grant Opportunity for Architectural Design Services on Community-based Projects

Monday, December 9, 2019

The American Institute of Architects (AIA) Small Project Design Knowledge Community (SPD) is offering a grant to non-profits to hire/pay an architect for design services.

The purpose of this grant is to provide financial support for non-profits working with architects on community-based projects. Along with supporting the work of non-profits, AIA wants to help demonstrate the value of hiring an architecture firm (and AIA member) for community projects, by helping cover some of the costs associated with hiring a design team.

The application for the grant can be found here:  www.aia.org/SPDgrant

The deadline is January 10, 2020.
