Foellinger Foundation Approves over $3.2M in Grants

The Foellinger Foundation Board of Directors recently approved grants in the Early Childhood Development and Family Development categories totaling $3,290,000 to support nonprofit organizations that provide services throughout Allen County.

“These organizations reflect the Foundation’s focus on supporting children and families in Allen County,” said Sarah Strimmenos, Foundation President & CEO. “The Foundation’s strategy is to support effective nonprofits assisting clients with the most economic need and least opportunity. We are grateful to these nonprofit organizations that provide crucial services in our community. Their dedication helps improve the lives of area families.”

  • Building a Stronger Family
  • Building Blocks Outreach
  • Cancer Services of Allen County
  • Center for Nonviolence
  • Cross Connections
  • Fort Wayne Urban League
  • Habitat for Humanity of Greater Fort Wayne
  • Interfaith Hospitality Network of Greater Fort Wayne
  • League for the Blind and Disabled
  • Literacy Alliance
  • Lutheran Social Services of Indiana
  • Mustard Seed Furniture Bank of Fort Wayne
  • New Covenant Academy
  • SCAN
  • The Learning Community
  • Wellspring Interfaith Social Services
