Foellinger Foundation has announced a four-year $1,080,000 grant to support Great KIDS Make Great COMMUNITIES (Great KIDS).

Since 1998, Great KIDS has empowered youth-serving adults by providing education and training on the application of positive youth development frameworks and strength-based practices to ensure that our community’s children have the opportunities and relationships they need to grow into productive and healthy adults. Metropolitan Young Men’s Christian Association of Greater Fort Wayne (YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne) serves as the fiscal sponsor of Great KIDS.

Foellinger Foundation supports effective organizations that work to strengthen children and families. “Foellinger Foundation has supported Great KIDS for over 25 years,” said David Bennett, Foellinger Foundation interim president and CEO. “We are proud to provide this support to Great KIDS as one of the Foundation’s Signature Grants.”

Foellinger Foundation has granted over $4.2 million in support of Great KIDS since 1998.
