Looking for strategies to reduce your tax burden? Thinking about what you can deduct, capitalize, or depreciate? What about all that land, equipment, equity, even your own retirement? Tax planning for farmers is important, but it’s also complicated.
That’s why the Keller Advisory Group, Inc. and the Community Foundation of Pulaski County have partnered to bring you professional advice. This free event brings together Sue Peppers of Tippecanoe CPA Group, and Blain Hizer of Keller Advisory Group, Inc. to advise our farming community on tax planning tips and other useful ag-related information. Be sure to mark your calendars:

Wednesday, January 29
Doors open at 8:30am. Program 9am-10am
Star City Community Church
5549 S US-35, Star City, IN 46985

Sue Peppers has practiced as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 1981. As a graduate of Ball State University with a degree in accounting, she has concentrated her career on preparing tax returns and processing financial and payroll information for farmers and small businesses in Pulaski, White, Cass, and Fulton counties. Sue is a small business owner, as well as a farmer – she and her husband Bill operate a lavender farm just south of Star City. Sue has served the community through church, Lions Club, 4-H and many other organizations, and truly understands the advantages of philanthropy and tax planning, especially for members of the agricultural community.
Blain Hizer of Keller Advisory Group, Inc. (KAG) will also provide a briefing on the January Farm Report. KAG is known for providing strong insight into the world of Agriculture. Blain will share what KAG’s analysis of the report deems important to the ag community and will have the most impact on farming operations. Learn more about KAG at www.kelleradvisory.com.
