The Community of Greater Fort Wayne (CFGFW) is excited to announce two key updates to our team. These updates highlight our ongoing commitment to advancing the Women’s Fund and our mission to conduct meaningful grantmaking that fosters a more vibrant community.

Chynna Presley Joins the Women’s Fund as Economic Security Specialist

We are thrilled to welcome Chynna Presley as our new Economic Security Specialist with the Women’s Fund. Chynna brings a wealth of experience and a passion for advancing opportunities for women and girls. She has served on the Young Women & Girls Committee for two years. She has held leadership roles as interim executive director for a small nonprofit, director of intercultural education at Huntington University, and a consultant for social service middle management. Chynna is also a frequent guest speaker for Girlz Rock and a voice talent for STAR 88.3.

In her new role, Chynna will strengthen relationships with corporate partners to enhance participation in key initiatives such as the Compass Survey and Take a Girl to Work Day. She will also be pivotal in launching our new internship program in the summer of 2025, designed to support college-aged young women entering historically male-dominated industries.

Angela Stanley Promoted to Director of Impact

We are also proud to announce Angela Stanley's promotion to Director of Impact. Angela has been with CFGFW for over a year and has made significant contributions to our work. As Director of Impact, Angela will lead the strategy design and assessment of grantmaking, oversee the execution of grant programs, and work to deepen engagement with the nonprofit community. Her role is critical in building knowledge of key community issues and identifying nonprofits most effectively addressing them. Angela’s leadership will be instrumental as we expand our impact across the region.

“These team updates affirm our commitment to driving meaningful change in our community,” said CEO Brad Little. “Chynna and Angela bring incredible expertise, energy, and vision to their new roles, and we are confident their work will make a lasting difference.”
