This role will manage the Bridges to Career Opportunities Network, coordinate the Community Fellows Program, and serve as a neighborhood liaison for one of LISC’s Quality of Life Plan areas.

We currently seek a part-time OR full-time Program Officer to join our growing team! In this role, you will focus on the grantmaking processes, including the evaluation of grant inquiries and review of applications. You will also support community leadership initiatives resulting in the overall health and wellbeing of the nonprofit sector in Pulaski County.

This position coordinates administrative support functions for the Foundation and organizes internal meetings and events.

The Senior Program Officer works closely with the Foundation’s President and CEO, Vice President & Chief Grantmaking Officer and Program staff to develop, refine, and execute strategies in support of the Foundation’s funding goals.

The Chief Financial Officer provides strategic leadership and oversight of financial, investment, and administrative operations while ensuring fiduciary integrity and operational excellence.
