Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana is a local non-profit helping people with cancer since 1944. We serve Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Noble, Huntington, Kosciusko, LaGrange, Steuben, Wabash, Wells, and Whitley counties. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life of those affected by cancer by providing meaningful resources, information, and compassionate assistance.

Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana seeks an exceptional individual to lead our team of 29 dedicated staff, managing a $2.5 million annual budget. Reporting to an active and engaged board of directors, the President & CEO will build on a strong legacy of direct client support through financial assistance, advocacy, and compassionate care. Our retiring CEO spends approximately 50% of their time cultivating relationships with donors, community partners, and the medical community to ensure financial sustainability—this critical component remains central to success in this role. Serving 5,000 clients each year, the recent expansion into our Warsaw office presents an exciting opportunity to continue to amplify our reach and deepen our impact.

Core responsibilities include fundraising, leading and mentoring an experienced and high performing staff team, ensuring equitable access to services, supporting strong volunteer engagement strategies, overseeing marketing and communications functions, and providing board support and development.

Compensation: $ 125,000 - $135,000 plus health insurance, retirement contribution
