Organization Overview
For more than a century, Early Learning Indiana (ELI) has been a leading provider of early learning services in Indiana. Operating as Day Nursery since 1899, the organization built a reputation as Central Indiana’s standard-bearer for high-quality child care. Over the past decade, it has expanded on the legacy by leading statewide efforts to remove barriers to access and improve the quality of early childhood education services throughout Indiana.
Drawing upon its network of schools as a laboratory for innovation and exploration, ELI has designed and implemented large-scale strategies to disrupt key metrics in the early learning sector through targeted investments, program innovations and sector-wide solutions.
Position Summary
The President will report to the Board of Directors and work collaboratively with team members and the Board to pursue the organization’s mission of ensuring that children throughout Indiana are empowered with the essential knowledge and skills to thrive in kindergarten and beyond.
Early Learning Indiana, the statewide leader in early learning services, solutions and advocacy, seeks an experienced President and Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization during a period of continued growth. The President will harness 300+ team members and a $30M annual operating budget in furtherance of Early Learning Indiana’s mission and strategic priorities.
Salary & Benefits
Early Learning Indiana offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The salary for this position is negotiable, depending on qualifications, with an anticipated salary range of $325,000-$375,000.
