- Lead and manage The Manchester Fund, driving annual giving strategies.
- Oversee donor stewardship, ensuring meaningful recognition.

- Supervise and mentor the Assistant Director.
Qualifications
Your Background:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
- Proven experience in fundraising or donor relations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
