CMN Corporate Program Coordinator
The CMN Corporate Program Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining and stewarding relationships with corporate donors through organizations affiliated with Children’s Miracle Network (CMN).
Organization Overview
Through the most ambitious fundraising campaign in Riley Children’s Foundation history, we aim to raise a minimum of $300 million to transform children’s health. Donations will expand mental health care, recruit top pediatric specialists, accelerate research discoveries, ensure all kids have access to Riley's expertise, and support families when they need it most. Together, we will address the most urgent challenges in children’s health now while creating a lasting impact on the lives of individual kids and families.
Position Summary
Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, Corporate and Foundation Giving, the CMN Corporate Program Coordinator is a local point person for CMN partners engaged in cause marketing campaigns and stewards these donors with the highest level of service to help them achieve year over year fundraising success.
The CMN Corporate Program Coordinator is responsible for contributing to team initiatives such as maintaining accuracy and up to date information among applicable software systems, stewarding donors with multiple retail locations and event coordination.
Position Specifics
Key Responsibilities
1. Fundraising
- Fundraising: Achieve a quantifiable fundraising goal set annually for multiple CMN accounts raising up to $200K annually.
- Face to Face Visits: Set up and attend meetings with CMN partners and track through contact reports in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.
- Upgrades: Increase year over year support of current corporate CMN partners. Track through proposals and contact reports in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.
2. Corporate Team Collaboration
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the CMN Corporate Program Officer to steward CMN donors through visits and phone calls to retail locations. Pull reports from CRM that help to identify areas of growth for CMN’s corporate partners.
- Communications: Act as a point of contact for Children’s Miracle Network’s national office by providing requested data, reporting and survey responses.
3. Administrative
- Meetings: Prepare for and actively participate in all Riley Children’s Foundation meetings as appropriate. Ensure expectations and tools for meeting agendas and follow-up are implemented.
- Technology: Understand and effectively use the technology available at Riley Children’s Foundation and through Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
- Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with all Foundation policies, as well as local, state and federal laws that govern business practices.
4. Riley Children’s Foundation Representative
- Collaboration: When appropriate, work with other development team members to identify corporate donors who could be good individual giving prospects.
- Volunteers: As appropriate, work with community and service organizations that partner with Riley Children’s Foundation to involve them in the mission.
- Presentations: Represent Riley Children’s Foundation through delivering public speeches about the organization and its mission to the external public.
- Tours: Give tours of the hospital, as appropriate.
5. Other Duties as Assigned
- Riley Children’s Foundation events: Participate in Riley Children’s Foundation events as requested.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and/or experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of sales, marketing or fundraising experience or equivalent client-focused environment. High level of knowledge of an overall donor or customer experience model.
- Skills: Solid relationship building. Understanding of individual donor needs and perceptions. Strong ability to speak in public. Excellent written communication. Sensitivity to needs of donors. Problem-solving, research and analytical skills. Attention to detail and organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products with a key focus on Word, Excel and Outlook; experience with SharePoint is a plus. Proficiency in use of databases.
