Office Hours: Peer Learning Conversations for Nonprofits

Peer Meeting
Thursday | December 10, 2026
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Virtual
- America/Indiana/Indianapolis

Peer learning conversations are here to help you navigate the shifting nonprofit ecosystem. These virtual sessions are a chance to connect, share experiences, and walk away with ideas you can put into action right away.

Discussion group topics:

  • Communicating Your Impact
  • Finance & Sustainability
  • Individual & Major Gift Fundraising
  • Board & Community Engagement

How It Works

  • All Peer Learning Conversations are virtual.
  • When you register, you will be prompted to select the topic (see Discussion Group Topics above) that you would like to join. Participants will be sorted into these discussion groups at the start of the session.
  • Participants are welcome to leave their original discussion group and visit other discussion groups.
  • Each discussion group will be facilitated by a local expert who will guide the conversation and share their recommendations as appropriate.
  • These are free to attend, but advance registration is required so we can assign discussion groups appropriately and keep group sizes meaningful.
  • Multiple people from the same nonprofit are welcome to register.
  • We ask that you arrive at the scheduled start time of the program, but you are welcome to leave whenever your schedule requires.
  • You are welcome to attend as many sessions as you’d like.

Who Should Attend

  • Nonprofit practitioners who lead, support, or collaborate within a core organizational function, such as development, communications, finance, community engagement, or operations, and are interested in a practical, peer-driven conversation with others navigating similar responsibilities.
  • Professionals from grassroots organizations and small, medium, and large nonprofits who want to strengthen their skills, exchange ideas, and learn from peers across the sector.
