You were chosen among a highly competitive field of applicants for what will surely be a rewarding educational experience. Your acceptance into the John Mutz Philanthropic Leadership Institute is an achievement of which you can be justly proud.
To indicate your interest in participating in the upcoming programming, please complete the following items by January 5, 2024:
- Complete tuition payment via the "Register" button on this page. You will have the option to either pay online or request an invoice to pay by check.
- Submit consent form. NOTE: Your headshot photo and 100-word bio are required when completing this form.

Consent forms, including headshot photo and bio, and tuition must be received no later than January 5, 2024, to accept your spot in the 2024 Mutz Institute Class. If your circumstances have changed and you need to withdraw from participation, please contact Maddison Miller as soon as possible. Unfortunately, IPA will not be able to offer refunds if a participant must withdraw after the first class (January 18-19, 2024).

- July 16-17| Shaping the Message (Ft. Wayne, IN)
- August 22| Inclusive Community Leadership
- September 18| The Future of Philanthropy
- October 8 | Graduation Dinner (Indiana Roof Ballroom, Indianapolis)
