Living in the Middle of Everywhere

Facilitated by Ben Winchester, Rural Sociologist University of Minnesota

Ben Winchester, Rural Sociologist at University of Minnesota, will facilitate an intensive, collaborative approach to rural, regional development to highlight the opportunities that exist in rural Indiana.

The goals for the day are:

  • Rewrite the narrative for our communities so rather than, "I can't wait to get out of here," we are saying, "I can't wait to get back there!"
  • Bring together rural service organizations and stakeholders
  • Align a common vision for rural Indiana
