Madison County Community Foundation's Board of Directors Announce Retirement of Executive Director Sally DeVoe

The Madison County Community Foundation (MCCF) Board of Directors announced today that Sally DeVoe, the organization’s executive director has retired effective December 8, 2021.

DeVoe has served in her role since December 2004, and prior to that she served on the MCCF Board for 12 years. During her tenure as executive director, she played a critical role in the ongoing development of the foundation.  Her contributions to the community through her work have been significant and the positive influences of DeVoe can be seen in many ways.  Through the attraction of charitable donations and the annual earnings from those investments many philanthropic grants have been awarded that have benefited organizations and individuals throughout Madison County.  DeVoe was the Founder of Women in Philanthropy which started in 2005 to strengthen the philanthropic voice of women in Madison County.  Her vision built a strong collaboration of women who use their time, talent and treasures to make Madison County better and brighter.

DeVoe has served on many boards and organizations throughout Madison County and she was awarded the Athena Award in 2017.

The Board of Directors wishes her well as she moves forward with retirement and would like to thank her for her long-term commitment of Madison County.
