This is the final module in our new Catalyst program.
After participating in Catalyst, consider how your community foundation will implement and manage changes to strategy.
This wrap-up module will bring together the educational content, self-reflection work, and strategic planning that participants completed throughout the Catalyst Series. By the end of this learning series, participants will have learned new ways of managing grant processes, stewarding donors, collaborating with partners for community leadership work, etc. How can you make sure those new ideas and changes stick around?
The goal of this module is to help community foundations work through their internal and external barriers so they are fully prepared to implement short-term and long-term changes. The content will be highly tactical, and each organization will walk away with a unique plan implementing their new strategies.
