Last year, the Nina Mason Pulliam Charitable Trust funded the Conservation Law Center (CLC) to create an addendum report to the Indiana Chamber of Commerce’s 2014 water resources report. CLC’s addendum report looks at water management from an environmental prospective. Dr. Jack Wittman, a leading Indiana hydrologist, was a co-author.

This addendum Water Report includes and explains fourteen recommendations that represent first steps toward addressing the challenge of improving Indiana’s fresh waters: quantity, quality, and governance. The Trust is working to bring attention to the Report and to secure action on the recommendations.  Please contact Bill Weeks, Director of the Conservation law Center with questions, ideas, or offers of assistance.
